葛霓華人基督教會簡史GCCC HISTORY

1. 葛霓華人基督教會為原城北華人基督教會分堂，前身為Gurnee家庭小組，分堂成立于2002年12月。城北教會差派20個家庭為分堂核心成員。GCCC was the north branch of NSCCC, Deerfield, started operating on December 2002.
2. 2003年一月起正式對外開放聚會，同工會同時成立運作。主日聚會借用Grayslake的Woodland小學體育館，小組及青少年活動借用Gurnee的Lakeland Evangelical Free Church教室及體育館。First official ministry service took place at the Gym of Woodland School and some activities at Lakeland Church, Gurnee
3. 2003年七月起，城北教會聘任何春勳傳道負責分堂牧養事工。Pastor Jeff Ho was assigned as the minister of Gurnee branch on July 2003.
4. 2005年四月，何春勳傳道正式按立為牧師。The ordination of Pastor Jeff Ho was held at April 2005.
5. 2005年十一月起，主日崇拜及各項聚會改于Gurnee的 First Christian Church(FCC)會堂及教室舉行。All Church activities moved to FCC on Nov. 2005
6. 2010年一月起，正式獨立改名成為葛霓華人基督教會Gurnee Chinese Christian Church (GCCC)，並且獲得國稅局核准為非營利性組織，聘任何春勳牧師為首任駐堂牧師。North branch was officially independent from NSCCC on January 2010 and received recognition as not for profit organization by State and IRS.
7. 2015年一月FCC停止聚會，房產轉交總會管理，葛霓教會繼續租用，一切聚會照常。FCC dissolved on December 2014.  Renting contract remains the same for GCCC. 
8. 2017年三月二十四日，過戶手續完成，葛霓華人教會正式買下FCC所有房產。GCCC purchased the entire property located at 6080 Gages Lake Road, Gurnee IL from FCC denomination on March 24.2017
9. GCCC 獻堂禮拜Church dedication service was held on site on March 25, 2018
10. 2024年五月四日，熊凯傳道正式按立為牧師。The ordination of Pastor Kai Xiong was held on May 4th 2024.
11. 2024年六月，何春勋牧师退休，熊凯牧师受聘为驻堂牧师。Pastor Ho retired, Pastor Xiong become Resident Pastor of GCCC
